| Del Norte High School offers two college prep mathematics programs -- the Traditional Program and the Interactive Mathematics Program (IMP). As a result of the new district guidelines for graduation requirements, all students must successfully complete coursework through either Algebra 2 or IMP 3 and earn at least 3 credits in mathematics in high school level courses. A * denotes the highest level required for graduation. The tables below show the typical course sequences for students who take either Algebra Readiness or IMP 1 during 9th grade. |
| If a student takes Algebra Readiness during 9th grade, they have a choice between taking Algebra 1 and IMP 1 in 10th grade. Afterwards, they should continue with the same program.
